Design, build, and manage secure, scalable, multi-cloud infrastructure for Harness SaaS and Self-Managed deployments using public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
Drive architecture, design, and delivery of high-impact cloud platform capabilities with a focus on reliability, automation, monitoring, disaster readiness, and cost optimization.
Lead engineering standards, provide technical direction and mentorship, collaborate cross-functionally, and implement SRE practices to ensure system performance and availability.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of experience in cloud engineering, site reliability engineering, or related roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform; experience with Kubernetes and Helm is also required.
Knowledge of SRE practices (error budgets, SLIs, SLOs), monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana), and experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.

Comfortable driving technical strategy and standards while mentoring engineers in a fast-paced, high-impact environment with a focus on operational excellence and cost optimization.
Strong collaborator able to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams, integrating SRE principles and security/compliance best practices into cloud infrastructure.
