Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 2-6 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or related roles.
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, including cloud migration and cloud transformation initiatives.
Strong skills in SQL, Python, and data manipulation; familiarity with CI/CD and analytics deployment using tools such as GitHub.
Experience in the insurance or financial services domain.

Demonstrates expertise in building and optimizing cloud-enabled data pipelines and automated workflows within actuarial or insurance analytics contexts.
Experienced in migrating and modernizing data analytics assets across platforms, with knowledge of platform scalability and maintainability improvements.
Comfortable collaborating across technical and business teams such as actuarial, underwriting, and finance to address complex data and cloud infrastructure needs.
