Lead design and development across multiple software system teams for complex networking products and platforms.
Own architecture and end-to-end delivery of platform software within Junos or Junos Evolved, including defining hardware-software interfaces and integrating software components.
Partner with test and support teams to set quality standards, perform root-cause analysis on production issues, and drive continuous improvements in platform reliability.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
10-15 years of relevant software engineering experience, particularly in software systems design and architecture for networking products.
Mandatory onsite work from an HPE office (Onsite role in India).
Experience with networking platform software, including scripting/automation (Python, pytest, Robot Framework, gNMI-based automation), telemetry and monitoring (gNMI/OpenConfig, SNMP), and familiarity with 100G/400G/800G optics and transceiver qualification.
