Lead strategic governance for large, complex MSP and professional services suppliers, ensuring contractual and service level commitments are met while managing operational, financial, and compliance risks.
Own end-to-end vendor management office functions including governance cadence, SLA reviews, contract changes, escalations, supplier transitions, and accountability to agreements.
Develop reporting, scorecards, dashboards, and governance insights to drive operational excellence, transparency, issue resolution, and data-driven decisions across IT, procurement, finance, sourcing, legal, and operations.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
9-15 years of experience in vendor management, supplier governance, sourcing, procurement, IT operations, or program/project management in a complex enterprise environment.
Minimum 5 years managing large, multi-million-dollar MSP and/or professional services agreements covering governance, SLA management, credits, contract changes, invoice validation, and escalations.
Work location requirement: Bengaluru (Hybrid).
Experience building or maturing governance models, SOPs, controls, and reporting for cross-functional enterprise vendor management processes.
Proven ability to lead supplier transitions, onboarding/offboarding, and manage complex cross-functional dependencies effectively.
Comfortable operating in highly regulated, global or matrixed organizations with strong audit, risk, security, and compliance standards.
