Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of advanced Workday HR reports including advanced, matrix, composite, and calculated fields.
Partner with global and regional HR stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into accurate, consistent, and compliant technical reporting solutions.
Manage the end-to-end report lifecycle, enforce reporting standards and quality controls, troubleshoot data/reporting issues, and mentor a small team of report developers in India.

Experienced in managing Workday report development life cycle with strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on data accuracy and zero defects.
Capable of collaborating and managing expectations across global teams and prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience leading or mentoring junior report developers and familiarity with Workday Calculated Fields and Workday Prism Analytics preferred.
