Manage end-to-end Expense Accounting and reporting activities from the Global Finance Centre (GFC).
Partner with Global Process Owner (GPO) to drive process and controls improvements and automation, including transformation and re-engineering projects.
Perform period-end close processes, accrual and prepaid expense management, reconciliations, compliance adherence, and support external audits and regulators.
9-11 years of progressive experience in Accounting Operations or Controllers in Record to Report.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance; Accounting qualification required (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
Practical knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, and experience in control environment including SOX and RCSA controls.
Experience implementing accounting technology such as Oracle or SAP; proficiency in advanced Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
Experienced in Shared Services environment, particularly in Controllership/Accounting teams.
Capable of leading accounting process improvements, strong control environment, and accounting technology implementations.
Analytical with ability to handle complex financial transactions, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and deliver accurate period-end close activities.
