Develop and deliver the agentic platform for Routing Director's conversational interface using frontier or open-weight LLMs under a Bring Your Own LLM model.
Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure agentic workflows and integrations collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Contribute to design reviews, problem solving, and align feature delivery with product management and QA milestones.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
2-4 years of relevant work experience in building agentic systems or similar AI software engineering roles.
Proficiency in Python and experience with OpenAI APIs or similar LLM integration tools.
Experience with Kubernetes, software development best practices, version control (e.g., Git), and deploying production features.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Hands-on experience developing AI agent systems involving memory, tool execution, monitoring, and workflow automation.
Strong software engineering discipline with demonstrated ability to design scalable platform APIs and ensure security and reliability.
Experience working in R&D, AI alignment or safety, and developer tool integration to enable conversational AI applications.
