Manager II, Project Delivery Services

Provide regional visibility and coordination of GID demand, capability, capacity, and office networks to support pursuit and delivery teams.

Act as the senior regional interface to connect pursuit teams with appropriate GID focal points and partners based on project scope, expertise, and capacity.

Support early-stage GID engagement and improve coordination among Sales, Operations, Capture Managers, and GID stakeholders during pre-award activities while respecting existing relationships and interfaces.

15+ years of overall experience including minimum 5 years GID experience within Worley or equivalent global delivery experience.

Significant experience in project management, delivery, sales support, operations, or relationship management roles.

Strong knowledge of GID capabilities, delivery models, office networks, and pursuit support requirements.

Ability to operate across time zones and influence without direct authority.

Commercially aware, relationship-led professional with strong senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills within a matrix organization.

Deep understanding of global integrated delivery (GID) models and experience working with cross-regional and cross-functional teams.

Able to use performance data and business insights to inform decisions and drive improved business outcomes.
