Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4 years of software engineering experience or equivalent (through work, training, military, or education).
At least 2 years experience with Java, Microservices, and database technologies such as Oracle and MongoDB.
Familiarity with Spring Boot and React JS frameworks.
Experience working in Agile environments (e.g., Scrum).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in application design and development leveraging Java-based microservices architectures in financial or similarly regulated environments.
Capable of leading technical initiatives with understanding of compliance and risk in software engineering.
Has exposure to cloud migration (Google Cloud, Azure, or PCF), automated testing (BDD, Selenium or Playwright), and familiarity with Kafka and GenAI tools.
