Lead - SAP-Project Management

Own full lifecycle delivery of SAP implementation, transformation, migration, rollout, and support projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget targets are met.

Establish project governance frameworks, lead cross-functional SAP delivery teams, and manage stakeholder communications with business and IT leadership.

Drive risk mitigation, quality assurance, project health reviews, knowledge transfer, and mentor junior project managers within SAP Project Management competency.

Minimum 10 years of SAP project management experience including full lifecycle implementations.

Proven experience delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA, ECC, or cloud transformation projects.

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification required; knowledge of SAP Activate methodology preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

Experienced leader capable of managing geographically dispersed, multi-disciplinary SAP teams in fast-paced, client-facing consulting environments.

Strong in stakeholder management and communication at executive levels with expertise in risk, issue, and change management in SAP contexts.

Technical understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM) and integration points to effectively oversee solution design and delivery.
