Director - Data Ops & Data Foundation for Global Operations

Define and execute global data foundations strategy aligned with Ops2030, supporting 160+ enterprise data products across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and procurement.

Lead DataOps practices including automation, lifecycle management, data quality improvement, and platform modernization for scalability, compliance, and efficiency.

Drive AI and digital transformation enablement by building foundational capabilities for advanced analytics, GenAI, autonomous manufacturing, and ensure governance and regulatory compliance.

15+ years experience in Data & Analytics, building data infrastructure or digital transformation, with proven leadership of enterprise-scale, global data organizations.

Strong expertise required in DataOps, Data Governance, Data Architecture, Cloud Data Platforms (e.g., Snowflake), and Data Product Management.

Experience delivering large-scale data transformation programs in complex global environments with financial and vendor management responsibilities.

Work location: Minimum three days per week onsite (office presence) is expected; flexible but office presence required.

Experienced executive capable of balancing strategic vision with operational delivery in global, regulated environments such as life sciences or pharmaceuticals.

Demonstrated ability to lead large distributed teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders and external partners to influence data strategy and investments.

Strong familiarity with emerging data models like Data Mesh and technology stacks including Snowflake, Databricks, Collibra, and Azure Data Services to enable AI-ready data ecosystems.
