Executive, Account Payable

Manage all accounts payable tasks for BW LPG India, including vendor data requests, invoice processing, payroll accounting, and vendor payments with accuracy and timeliness.

Participate in treasury operations such as banking transactions and regulatory documentation for cross-border payments.

Support process improvements within Finance, assist in system initiatives, and contribute to quality management system development with financial analysis.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and other departments to ensure effective execution of financial activities.

Degree in Finance or Accounting from a recognized university.

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts payable and banking operations, preferably in the shipping industry.

Strong numeracy skills and good written communication skills.

This is an onsite position based in Mumbai, India.

Experienced professional skilled in managing end-to-end accounts payable and treasury functions within finance teams.

Comfortable operating in a structured, compliance-driven environment with emphasis on quality and process improvement.

Familiarity with shipping industry financial processes and cross-border payment regulations.
