Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's (M.Com); CA Inter or CMA Inter dropouts with experience considered.
2 to 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing, preferably in retail, D2C, or e-commerce sectors.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
Practical knowledge of Indian taxation laws, especially GST and TDS.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing finance operations within retail or e-commerce environments with exposure to multi-state taxation and compliance.
Detail-oriented with proven ability to handle reconciliations across digital and cash payments linked to retail operations.
Capable of coordinating across internal teams and external consultants to ensure accurate financial controls and audit readiness.
