About This Role

Design and engineer scalable, high-performance AI-powered automation platforms for enterprise clients.

Develop and optimize system architecture, including database schema design, high-concurrency REST/SOAP API integrations, and UI/UX performance.

Diagnose and resolve complex performance bottlenecks across web application stacks using profiling and load testing analysis.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Mathematics.

8+ years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years in enterprise web application development, delivery, and deployment.

Strong technical skills in Python and SQL; working knowledge of JavaScript or Java.

Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MariaDB), middleware/APIs, Kubernetes containerization, DevSecOps practices, and test automation (Selenium).

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced individual contributor with deep expertise in scalable platform architecture for enterprise-grade automation.

Proven ability to implement and optimize complex database models and integrations in agile, high-velocity engineering teams.

Familiarity with modern AI/Generative AI technologies and enterprise platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow) to aid technical integration and orchestration.
