Lead pre-sales engagements with SMB and mid-market customers by understanding business challenges, architecting tailored AI-driven solutions, and delivering technical demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (POCs).
Position and demonstrate Freshworks AI capabilities (Freddy AI Copilot, Freddy AI Agent, Agent Studio) with a focus on measurable outcomes like ticket deflection and agent productivity.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to align technical strategies and accelerate deal closures, while creating solution documentation and managing technical risk.
Minimum Requirements
5–8 years of experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong background in SaaS, cloud technologies, APIs, enterprise software, and familiarity with ITSM products and market.
This is a Night Shift role requiring prior North America Market experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and delivering technical demos and AI-driven POCs to mid-market and enterprise customers with ability to handle technical objections.
Strong conceptual and hands-on knowledge of AI/LLM technologies including prompting, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic workflows, and AI agent building tools like Agent Studio or equivalents.
Able to position AI value credibly to both technical and business stakeholders addressing concerns such as accuracy, data privacy, and change management.
