Own pre-sales engagement by conducting discovery sessions, architecting tailored AI-driven solutions, and delivering product demos and POCs for SMB and mid-market customers.
Design, configure, and demonstrate AI agents and automated workflows using Agent Studio or equivalent to solve real customer problems and drive business outcomes like ticket deflection and agent productivity.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to align technical strategies, improve pre-sales tools, handle technical objections, and support deal closures.
Minimum Requirements
5–8 years of experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, technical consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Mandatory familiarity with ITSM products and SaaS, cloud technologies, APIs, and enterprise software environments.
Night Shift role with prior North America Market experience required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in designing and delivering technical demonstrations and Proofs of Concept with strong pre-sales and solution architecture expertise.
Solid conceptual understanding and hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies including prompting, RAG, agentic workflows, and low-code AI agent-building platforms like Agent Studio.
Ability to effectively communicate and position AI solutions to both technical and business audiences while addressing AI-specific concerns such as accuracy, data privacy, and change management.
