Lead and manage a team executing complex employee lifecycle processes, including leaves of absence, organizational changes, and severance in compliance with policies and regulations.
Ensure data accuracy and governance in Workday through audits, manual updates, and coordination with payroll and benefits teams.
Drive process improvements through root cause analysis, support project management of organizational changes, and provide coaching and training to team members.
Minimum 7 years of human resources operational experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.

Proven ability to lead projects and teams in fast-moving, multicultural, and complex environments with sound business judgment and stakeholder management.
