Own end-to-end analysis, functional design, and documentation of scalable payment integration solutions across acquirers, gateways, APIs, and SDKs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, customers, and commercial teams to define clear requirements and support agile delivery including backlog refinement and UAT.
Use SQL and domain knowledge to validate integrations and diagnose complex production issues, continuously improving analysis and delivery methodologies.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in fintech, payments, or integration-heavy environments.
Strong technical foundation with REST APIs, SDK workflows, data models, integration architecture principles, and SQL-based analysis.
Solid understanding of card payment ecosystems including acquirer and gateway integrations, payment flows, and operational processes.
Location: Pune with hybrid working model (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

Experienced with complex payment ecosystems and integration-heavy product environments, likely from fintech or payments domain.
Product-minded with ability to manage ambiguity, structure complex requirements, and maintain attention to detail while grasping the bigger picture.
Comfortable translating complex technical and business concepts into clear requirements and collaborating across Product, Engineering, and customer teams in an agile setup.
