Senior Digital Solutions Consultant (OT networking)

Design and deliver secure, resilient OT network infrastructures for mining, resources, and industrial clients across project lifecycles including greenfield and brownfield projects.

Develop and document OT network architectures, segmentation models, connectivity designs, and related standards aligned with client requirements and cybersecurity best practices.

Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to integrate OT networking with cybersecurity, telecommunications, and control systems, supporting operational continuity and compliance with relevant standards.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Control Systems, or related discipline.

10-15 years relevant experience in OT networking, industrial communications, control systems networks, telecommunications, or IT/OT integration within mining, resources, or industrial sectors.

Proven experience through full engineering design lifecycle including concept/FEED, detailed design, implementation support, commissioning, and handover.

Work Experience Required: 10-15 years

Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of industrial OT networking technologies and protocols with hands-on experience designing networks for SCADA, PLCs, DCS, telemetry, autonomous mining systems, and industrial automation.

Experienced in applying OT cybersecurity-by-design principles including network segmentation, Zero Trust, and compliance with IEC 62443 and other relevant standards.

Capable of working cross-functionally with engineering, cybersecurity, IT, telecommunications, vendors, and clients in complex project environments, with a focus on delivering operationally critical and secure network solutions.
