Minimum Requirements
10+ years project/program management experience, with at least 4 years managing ERP/SCM/HCM/EPM projects in cloud or on-prem environments.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical, or related field required.
Experience leading globally sourced project teams within a global delivery model.
PMP or Agile implementation methodology experience required.

Experienced in turning complex business challenges in ERP/SCM/HCM/EPM domains into effective, innovative solutions providing significant business value to strategic clients.
Comfortable leading senior client relationships including C-suite engagement and managing cross-functional teams remotely.
Able to tailor project management approaches per project size/type using both Waterfall and Agile methods, while maintaining transparency and control on scope, budget, and schedule.
