Lead and implement SAP FICO initiatives including new functionality design, development, and configuration.
Serve as primary contact with global finance users to analyze requirements, guide teams, and support SAP FICO functionalities including daily production support.
Coordinate multi-functional teams to prioritize and deliver SAP FICO system solutions, manage projects, and conduct training and testing with end users.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 12+ years experience with SAP ECC 6.0/S4 and FICO modules including Fixed Assets, Tax, GL, AP, AR, and Local Statutory Reporting.
Proven functional and technical proficiency specifically in SAP FICO configuration and integration with MM, SD, PP, APO, BW.
Bachelor's degree in Finance required.
Experience with SAP FICO project implementation (10+ implementations) and integration with non-SAP finance applications such as Concur, Blackline, One-Source, and AP Invoice Automation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in architecting SAP FICO solutions with cross-module integration to support complex finance operations.
Demonstrated ability to lead global teams, prioritize work in dynamic environments, and manage small to medium SAP projects.
Preferably has semiconductor industry experience, SAP BW/BI, or SAP BPC exposure for enhanced fit.
