Lead quality engineering activities including test planning, strategy, validation, automation, and release readiness across assigned projects.
Design, execute, and maintain integration tests covering systems, services, APIs, data flows, interfaces, and dependencies using automation tools (Playwright, Cypress, Gatling, BlazeMeter).
Apply agile work management practices for iterative delivery, collaborate with product owners and developers to clarify requirements, and troubleshoot complex technical issues across systems and environments.
Experience Required: Strong hands-on experience in quality engineering, test strategy, automation (UI, API, backend, integration), and validation within complex technology programs.
Experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Gatling, BlazeMeter, and API automation frameworks.
Proficiency in API integration testing, backend validation, web services, and system interoperability.
Working knowledge of Git, Jira, XRay, Insomnia, and preferably cloud platforms like Azure.
Experience leading teams, mentoring others, supporting proof-of-concepts, and promoting scalable quality engineering practices.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability across multi-system, networked environments requiring integration and interoperability testing.
Comfortable working in agile iterative environments managing work prioritization, adapting to change, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
