Social Media Marketing Manager

Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies to grow and engage global audiences, including UHNW individuals and crypto-native organizations, with measurable improvement in follower growth, engagement, content reach, and conversion to marketing qualified leads (MQLs).

Launch and manage new social media communities on platforms such as Telegram, WhatsApp, and Reddit, while managing region-specific social media accounts ensuring tailored and compliant messaging for EU, UK, and Hong Kong markets.

Oversee social media content planning, publishing, community and reputation management, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and align messaging with product launches and campaigns.

4–7+ years of social media marketing experience within financial services, fintech, or crypto, ideally with exposure to regulated environments.

Strong command of major social platforms including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Telegram, and WhatsApp.

Video editing skills to produce short-form, platform-native social clips.

Proficiency with social analytics and publishing tools such as Hubspot, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.

Experienced in navigating regulated financial and crypto ecosystems, comfortable translating between traditional finance and blockchain/crypto domains.

Data-driven and analytical operator with ability to optimize social media strategies based on performance metrics and audience insights.

Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, PR, Legal, and Product teams to ensure content compliance and aligned messaging across multiple jurisdictions and channels.
