Strategic Sourcing Manager - R&D Cross Category

Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for the R&D Cross Category, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management to optimize costs and manage risks.

Develop and execute Go-To-Market sourcing plans aligned with business and category strategies, leveraging data analytics for cost-saving and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure sourcing strategies support organizational goals and compliance requirements.

8 to 13 years of relevant work experience in strategic sourcing or procurement.

Proven experience in supplier negotiation and managing end-to-end contract lifecycle in a global procurement environment.

Proficiency with e-Sourcing and Contract Lifecycle Management tools such as SAP Ariba, Workday Strategic Sourcing, or Sirion Labs.

Strong command of English language; regulatory compliance experience with procurement activities.

Experienced in leading complex global sourcing projects within a matrixed environment, particularly in Life Sciences or R&D-related cross categories.

Skilled in data-driven decision making and capable of influencing senior stakeholders and guiding cross-functional teams.

Familiar with procurement platforms and ERP systems, with strong legal, financial, and contractual fluency for managing R&D service agreements.
