Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
At least 5 years of experience in operations or business management and vendor management.
Experience with analytics or project management tools for solving business issues.
Experience working in shared services, captives, or managing multi-vendor/MSP environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing vendor relationships in large, complex technology or IT service environments with exposure to multi-regional and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong operator managing contract lifecycle, budget/finance, and vendor performance to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Comfortable leading business reviews and resolving escalations independently while influencing stakeholders across functions such as Finance, Security, and Global Process Owners.
