IN_RBIN_Senior Engineer - Innovation Program Manager

Administer and control innovation program cycles including campaigns, deadlines, and milestones to ensure timely progress of projects.

Provide market intelligence by conducting research on trends, technologies, competitors, and startup ecosystems, producing data summaries for innovation teams.

Manage multi-channel communication strategies for the Innovation department, including reports, events, portals, and leadership messaging to maintain engagement and align innovation narrative.

Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream required; MBA/MS/PGDM in General Management/Marketing/Business Analytics/Innovation or Technology Management preferred.

Experience: 0-2 years in Mobility, Electronics, Telecom, or Energy sectors with knowledge of innovation frameworks and ecosystems.

Skills: Basic market analysis, business models, project management, coordination tools, branding and marketing communications, communication and storytelling, and familiarity with AI tools.

Domain Knowledge: Understanding of mobility systems including vehicle technology and ecosystems; ability to collaborate across functions.

Comfortable managing innovation projects with ambiguity and uncertainty typical of innovation environments.

Skilled in combining research and data analysis to inform strategic innovation activities and decisions using AI tools.

Experienced at cross-functional collaboration and capable of maintaining high-impact communication to keep innovation agendas aligned across various stakeholders.
