Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline required; professional certifications (CTP, CFA, CA, CPA) preferred.
10–12 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or financial operations within a global financial institution or asset manager.
Proven experience leading teams and managing global treasury processes or projects.
Experience with treasury systems such as S4Hana, Coupa, Workiva, Hazeltree preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing cross-regional treasury operations with a focus on automation, process transformation, and reconciliation.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills capable of influencing senior leadership and collaborating with multiple global teams.
