Tech Manager, Cloud Operations, Actimize

Lead and mentor a team of CloudOps Delivery Engineers focusing on post go-live operations of cloud-based applications including upgrades, defect resolution, and performance improvements.

Oversee technical delivery of upgrades, patches, and fixes while ensuring adherence to change management processes and driving automation and standardization within delivery workflows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to align delivery plans, manage risks, and track operational KPIs to ensure consistent, scalable, and reliable delivery outcomes.

10+ years experience in Application Implementation, Cloud Operations, or Infrastructure Engineering.

5+ years in a technical leadership or management role.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible).

Experience working in SaaS or Enterprise software environments.

Experienced leader comfortable managing cloud operations teams in a fast-paced, global delivery environment with complex customer deployments.

Strong technical operator with demonstrated ability to implement automation, standardize delivery processes, and manage change across diverse cloud infrastructures.

Skilled collaborator who can engage with program managers and internal teams to deliver seamless post go-live support and improve operational metrics.
