Manage Priority Sector Lending Operations covering Co lending, BC Lending, and Direct Assignment loan products with accountability for processing loan transactions per SLA.
Oversee loan disbursal and servicing activities including interest resets, rollovers, restructuring, advices, and rate uploads while ensuring adherence to regulatory and SOP guidelines.
Lead operational controls improvement, compliance with securitization guidelines, training of processing makers, and support UAT and implementation of loan processing systems.
Minimum Requirements
6-8 years of experience specifically in Loan Operations.
Graduate or Post-Graduate degree required.
Strong knowledge of corporate and retail loan operations including disbursement parameters, EMI calculations, and loan servicing products.
Location requirement: Mumbai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in managing detailed loan operational processes with ability to handle compliance and regulatory requirements.
Proven track record in process management and capability to interact effectively with senior management and multiple stakeholders.
Strong MS Excel skills and prior involvement in loan operation system projects, including UAT and system rollout.
