Monitor and troubleshoot hybrid network infrastructures across on-premises, AWS, and Azure environments ensuring high availability and service continuity.

Experienced in managing complex enterprise network environments with strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and engage with multiple vendors within a hybrid cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
Proactive in leveraging automation, scripting (Python), and AI technologies to optimize operational processes and incident response workflows.
