Monitor and troubleshoot hybrid network infrastructures across on-premises, AWS, and Azure environments ensuring high availability and service continuity.
Lead incident investigation, fault diagnosis, and resolution including vendor coordination and participation in technical bridge calls for high severity issues.
Drive automation, AIOps, and AI-assisted initiatives to improve operational efficiency and network operations capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
8-12 years of relevant work experience in network operations or engineering.
Hands-on experience with Versa/Cisco SD-WAN, Arista, Juniper, F5, Citrix NetScaler, Palo Alto and Cisco ASA firewalls, AWS and Azure cloud environments.
Proficiency in Python for automation and familiarity with AI-assisted network operations tools.
Ability to work 12x7 support shifts including weekends in a follow-the-sun model from India offices (Pune or Noida).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex enterprise network environments with strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and engage with multiple vendors within a hybrid cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
Proactive in leveraging automation, scripting (Python), and AI technologies to optimize operational processes and incident response workflows.
