Own design, implementation, testing, and continuous improvement of SAP Order-to-Cash Order Management processes aligned with business and operational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to gather requirements, analyze processes, define functional specifications, and support system integration and deployment.
Analyze and resolve Order Management issues through root cause analysis, recommend system configurations, and support compliance through documentation, testing, and change management.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in IT, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience as a business analyst, functional analyst, SAP consultant, or related IT role.
At least 5 years of hands-on SAP Order-to-Cash and Order Management experience, including customer master data, sales order processing, and EDI/non-EDI order integrations.
Work location: Bengaluru (Hybrid setup). Travel up to 10% may be required.
Experienced in end-to-end SAP Order-to-Cash Order Management processes with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Proficient in preparing functional specifications, user stories, and test scripts for SAP enhancements and ERP transformations.
Familiar with SAP S/4HANA capabilities, global ERP deployment, integration testing, and SAP integration points across pricing, delivery, and transportation.
