Support design, implementation, testing, and continuous improvement of SAP Order Management processes within the Order-to-Cash function aligned with business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze end-to-end processes, create functional specifications, user stories, process designs, and test scenarios.
Analyze issues and enhancements in Order Management, recommend system configurations and process improvements, and support integrations, testing, and deployment activities.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in IT, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
7 years experience as business analyst, functional analyst, SAP consultant, or related IT role.
At least 5 years hands-on SAP Order-to-Cash and Order Management experience including customer master data, sales order management, and EDI/non-EDI integrations.
Work location: Bengaluru (Hybrid); Travel may be up to 10%.
Experienced in handling end-to-end SAP Order Management processes with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Capable of collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders including technical teams, vendors, and consultants.
Familiar with SAP S/4HANA Order Management, ERP global deployments, integration testing, and SAP certification is an advantage.
