Lead design, implementation, testing, and continuous improvement of Global SAP OTC and FSCM processes including Billing, Collections, Dispute Management, Invoice Adjustments, and Returns.
Analyze SAP OTC and FSCM issues through root cause analysis and recommend configuration or process improvements.
Collaborate across Finance, Customer Issue Resolution, Treasury, and IT teams to translate business needs into functional specifications, manage integrations, and support compliance and ERP transformation initiatives.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in IT, Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 7 years experience in business analyst, functional analyst, SAP consulting, or related IT role.
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with SAP OTC and/or SAP FSCM, including Credit, Collections, and Dispute Management.
Work Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid); Travel up to 10% may be required.
Experienced in global ERP deployments, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and post-go-live support.
Deep expertise in end-to-end OTC processes with strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with SAP FI-AR, Treasury, cash application, EDI, Fiori, master data integrations, and certified in SAP S/4HANA Sales or FSCM is preferred.
