Strong expertise in Windows OS architecture and troubleshooting using diagnostic tools such as Event Viewer and Registry Editor.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and testing.
Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Group Policy Objects (GPO), and MDM-backed Configuration Service Providers (CSP).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in testing complex Windows MDM environments including Standalone, Domain Joined, and Azure AD Joined systems.
Capable of deep root cause analysis within Windows OS and proactively identifying edge case defects.
Skilled in collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely defect resolution.
