Analyze system and crash logs using macOS Console, use tools like Xcode and iMazing, and collaborate with developers to report and resolve defects.
Minimum Requirements
2-4 years of experience in Manual Testing, Software QA, or Apple MDM testing preferred; freshers with strong knowledge may be considered.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Basic knowledge of iOS, iPadOS, macOS device settings and Apple ecosystem features (Control Center, iCloud Sync, AirDrop).
Familiarity with manual testing methodologies (functional, regression, black-box), Apple application deployments, MDM payloads, and tools like Xcode and iMazing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience or exposure to Apple MDM platforms such as Jamf, Kandji, Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, or similar.
Good understanding of Apple Business Manager (ABM), Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), and Apple enrollment workflows.
Comfortable working with manual testing processes and tools, analyzing logs, and collaborating with developers for issue resolution in SaaS or enterprise mobility environments.
