Software Engineer

Design and develop backend services and high-volume data processing modules using Golang and Scala/Spark for Infoblox’s cybersecurity and networking products.

Build and optimize scalable, resilient microservices and data pipelines processing real-time security telemetry and threat intelligence.

Collaborate across engineering, product security, and operations teams to ensure secure, reliable solutions with focus on performance, observability, and AI-assisted development tools.

3–5 years of professional experience in software engineering, preferably in security, networking, or large-scale SaaS environments.

Proficiency in Golang and Python; strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and software design.

Experience with REST/gRPC APIs, microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experienced backend or data platform engineer comfortable owning end-to-end module or service delivery in complex distributed environments.

Familiar with applying AI-powered engineering tools to speed development and diagnostics without compromising quality.

Capable of collaborating cross-functionally and mentoring junior engineers, with an emphasis on improving platform scalability, reliability, and security.
