Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and automated test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and user experience.
Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze requirements, define acceptance criteria, support defect resolution through root cause analysis, and maintain testing standards and governance.
Lead or support test team activities including resource coordination and knowledge sharing, continuously improving testing methodologies in an Agile environment.

Demonstrates strong technical expertise in test design, execution, automation, and defect management aligned with software development and testing lifecycles.
Experienced in coordinating with global teams, capable of communicating complex testing progress, risks, and outcomes effectively.
Preferably has exposure to banking/financial services domain, testing or technical certifications (e.g., ISTQB), and experience applying QA process improvements and automation strategy in Agile environments.
