Senior Software Engineer / Workday Integration and Prism Analytics

Lead and deliver moderately complex initiatives in Workday integration and Prism Analytics environments.

Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy Workday reporting and Prism Analytics solutions including advanced and composite reports, data ingestion, and transformations.

Provide technical guidance, resolve issues, and act as escalation point within a team to meet client needs and project milestones.

4+ years of Software Engineering experience, demonstrated through work, training, or education.

Hands-on experience with Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports) and calculated fields.

Experience with Workday Prism Analytics including data ingestion, transformations, and dataset management.

Location: Must be able to work from Wells Fargo office location in India under hybrid or in-office model as per business needs.

Experienced in complex Workday reporting and Prism Analytics integrations with strong SQL proficiency and relational data understanding.

Comfortable leading technical projects and providing guidance to less experienced staff within a technical domain.

Capable of supporting production releases, issue resolution, and flexible work hours aligned with critical business timelines.
