Own end-to-end quality assurance strategy and lead monthly LifeGuard (LG) releases testing for Android-based hardware and mobile platforms.
Lead and mentor a team of test engineers executing test plans covering functional, performance, interoperability, and benchmarking tests.
Drive adoption of modern AI testing tools and generative AI to accelerate test case and strategy generation and continuous improvement of testing processes.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in Android OS testing with good exposure to Robot Framework and Appium.
Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Strong expertise in Android testing, including solution testing, interoperability, benchmarking, and performance testing.
Mandatory location: Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading testing teams and managing comprehensive test strategies for complex Android systems in an agile/DevOps environment.
Technically proficient in AI-driven testing tools, Python scripting, Keyword-Driven Development frameworks like Robot Framework, and modern test automation.
Capable of collaborating across multiple stakeholders including developers, product managers, and program managers focused on product quality assurance.
