Oracle EBS Technical Lead

Lead technical development of RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) components within Oracle EBS with responsibility for design, development, testing, and deployment.

Estimate effort and timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and prepare high-level and detailed design documentation for Oracle EBS solutions.

Oversee Data Migration and integration of Oracle modules with third-party applications, ensuring adherence to formal design and development standards.

6-8 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) development and technical leadership.

Proficiency in SQL, PLSQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports (BI/XML/RDF), Oracle Workflow, and Oracle RDBMS 10g.

Experience with multiple Oracle Application modules and Application Foundation (AOL) under Oracle Release 12 environment.

Must be located in Noida (on-site requirement).

Educational qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Experienced in leading Oracle EBS technical projects with capability to manage timelines and cross-team coordination.

Familiar with both Agile Scrum and Waterfall development methodologies and capable of working in CMMI environments.

Demonstrates strong documentation skills with ability to prepare high and low level design and deployment documents aligned with formal standards.
