Lead system-level verification and validation for advanced embedded energy management products, defining and executing test strategies covering functional, integration, regression, performance, reliability, and robustness.
Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts, operate Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and bench validation setups, integrating test automation with lab instruments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements, analyse system-level failures, lead root cause analysis, and mentor junior engineers.
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
5+ years experience in embedded software testing, system validation, or hardware-software integration testing.
Strong expertise in embedded systems architecture, testing communication protocols (CAN, LIN, SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet, Automotive Ethernet), and programming in Python and/or C/C++ for test automation.
Experience with lab instruments (oscilloscopes, logic analysers, protocol analysers), defect tracking and test management tools (e.g. Jira, TestRail), Git version control, and CI/CD validation workflows.
Experienced in embedded system testing with strong hands-on skills in hardware-software integration and automation development.
Ability to design and implement comprehensive system-level test strategies including Hardware-in-the-Loop validation and fault injection testing.
Familiarity with automotive domain practices like Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262, and electric vehicle systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
