Minimum Requirements
7-10 years hands-on Java application development experience.
Proficiency in Core Java (versions 11 or 17) and J2EE.
Experience with Microservices architecture (Spring Boot) and event-driven distributed systems.
Basic knowledge of Oracle/SQL databases and Python scripting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and developing scalable microservices-based backend systems within complex enterprise environments.
Practical knowledge of event-driven architecture components like Kafka and containerization tools such as Docker and OpenShift.
Familiarity with modern cloud platforms (AWS), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
