Associate Product Manager

Convert product ideas into clear, actionable requirements and support feature definition for new and existing products.

Facilitate agile development processes including sprint planning, execution tracking, and backlog prioritization as a Scrum Master for assigned product modules.

Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and leadership to gather feedback, update roadmaps, and support customer engagement activities like demos and product presentations.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Product Design, Operations, or related fields (preferably Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering).

0 to 3 years of experience; strong interns with relevant exposure may also be considered.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, Sheets, and Notion.

Ability to work in office at Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Experienced in product management or related roles within technology, robotics, or industrial systems domains.

Demonstrates strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder coordination.

Comfortable operating in agile environments with technical understanding of hardware/software and product lifecycle processes.
