Senior Purchase Manager – Specialized in NPD & Product Engineering

Lead strategic sourcing and vendor development for New Product Development (NPD) and precision-engineered products, focusing on building a technically capable vendor ecosystem from prototype to production.

Manage end-to-end procurement processes including supplier qualification, audits, trials, commercial negotiations, cost optimization, and quality compliance for precision metal and hardware components.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Engineering, Production, QC, and Accounts to ensure timely product ionization, maintain procurement documentation, and continuously improve sourcing workflows.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 10+ years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Development or Category Management, especially with NPD and precision-engineered products.

Strong hands-on knowledge of metal manufacturing processes such as die casting, investment/lost-wax casting, forging, VMC/CNC machining, PVD, electroplating, and related precision manufacturing.

Job location: Jaipur with willingness to travel for supplier visits, audits, and development (Notice period: Not explicitly mentioned).
