Mentor project managers and drive PMO best-practice maturity in customer-facing, cross-functional environments.
Minimum Requirements
12 to 16 years of IT experience with at least 7 years in project management leading multiple concurrent projects.
Proven experience delivering full lifecycle projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies in technical, SaaS, and AI/GenAI domains.
PMP certification is mandatory.
Willingness to work US shift (5 PM – 2 AM IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing end-to-end conversational AI, LLM, and NLU solution deliveries, including scoping, execution, UAT, and deployment phases.
Strong analytical skills for managing project risks, revenue, escalations, and AI-specific risk factors like model drift and data issues.
Proficient in MS Project, Salesforce, Rocketlane, Power BI; capable of applying hands-on prompt engineering and AI performance KPI monitoring for operational optimization.
