Digital Product Analyst

Lead development and optimization of new digital products and platform features using data-driven insights and usability studies.

Collaborate closely with engineering teams to prioritize requirements, monitor feature progress, and manage platform performance and operational risks.

Influence product portfolio strategy and roadmap while assessing risks and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

5-8 years of relevant work experience in digital product management or related roles.

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.

Proven analytical skills to interpret data, run tests, and derive actionable insights.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, required for stakeholder interaction.

Experienced working within a global matrixed organization and adept at navigating complex, cross-functional environments.

Consumer-centric mindset with the ability to empathize and innovate based on customer needs.

Ability to lead and influence teams informally or formally, including training and coaching newer team members.
