Experience managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, including AI/GenAI and software delivery projects.
Proficiency in PM tools like MS Project, Salesforce, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet; ability to report on KPIs and metrics (e.g., PowerBI).
Willingness to work US shift (5 PM – 2 AM IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in translating complex technical and AI/GenAI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional, multi-location teams in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills suited for customer-facing leadership roles.
