Minimum Requirements
10+ years overall experience with 5+ years in core program management within healthcare technology.
Deep expertise in Revenue Cycle Management workflows, payer-provider integrations, value-based care, and large-scale EHR systems (Epic, Cerner).
Proficiency in Agile and project management tools: JIRA (including complex JQL), Confluence, Smartsheet, Rally; hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT).
Background in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex, large-scale healthcare tech projects involving multiple stakeholders and Agile methodologies.
Strong technical orientation with hands-on experience in healthcare data standards (CCDA, HL7, FHIR), APIs, SQL, BI tools, and automation.
Able to translate complex healthcare and RCM requirements into actionable plans and drive delivery across product, engineering, infrastructure, and client teams.
