Familiarity with microscopy imaging modalities such as Brightfield, Phase Contrast, Fluorescence, and Confocal microscopy.
Experience working with or adapting modern vision architectures (CNNs, Vision Transformers, segmentation models) and vision foundation models for microscopy data.
