Respond to and troubleshoot monitoring alerts related to ACH, Transactions, DataServices, Auto Funds Transfer, system connectivity, File Movers, Windows OS, databases, and utilities to maintain environment health and stability.
Document remediation actions, provide status updates to impacted customers, and escalate critical issues to on-call teams promptly.
Perform daily IOC tasks, manage case workload, participate in shift transitions, and contribute to incident and event management including training team members and managing projects for IOC efficiency improvement.
2+ years of related experience in IT monitoring, incident response, or support.
Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server administration, networking concepts, and virtualized environments (Remote Desktop, VDI, VMware).
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Experience working in a 24x7 environment and familiarity with incident, change, and problem management principles.
Candidate has experience proactively managing multi-platform IT monitoring alerts and incident responses in complex environments involving Windows, Linux, networking, and virtualization.
Demonstrates strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to prioritize workload in a fast-paced 24x7 support setting.
Is capable of working collaboratively in teams, following standard operating procedures and runbooks, and contributing to documentation and knowledge sharing for continuous improvement.
